I use a person-centred approach with clients, drawing from my experiences and training in Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR). I aim to offer you therapy appropriate to your needs.

You can arrange your first appointment with me by calling 07888 121 622 to discuss how therapy might be helpful before you commit.
Each session lasts between 60 and 90 minutes. The number of sessions you have is up to you, but most people attend short-term, between six and eight sessions. Long-term options are also available if needed.
Together we’ll work to understand what’s impacting on your mental health and your feelings around emotional wellbeing. Space to talk and reflect can potentially lead to achieving the peace of mind you are looking for.
A single session costs between £55 and £80. Payment is required via bank transfer, 24 hours before sessions, or by cash at the beginning of each session.
